Michael J. Horbaczewski is the Founder, CEO, and President of Heroes Last Hope Foundation, leading the mission to support veterans, first responders, families, and future leaders through mentorship, wellness, leadership development, and community connection.

A United States Marine Corps veteran, combat-wounded warrior, and first responder, Michael understands the battles that often continue long after the uniform comes off. His leadership is shaped by lived experience, resilience, and the hard-earned belief that healing requires more than survival — it requires purpose, connection, and people willing to stand beside you.

Through Heroes Last Hope Foundation, Michael works to bridge the gaps where traditional systems often fall short, creating programs rooted in accountability, brotherhood, healing, and real-world support.

His mission is to help those who have served rebuild purpose, strengthen their families, and recognize they are capable of more than they may believe. Michael is also passionate about developing the next generation of strong, compassionate, and accountable leaders.
