Tiffany M. Horbaczewski serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Heroes Last Hope Foundation, leading operations, program development, and family-centered initiatives.

A United States Marine Corps veteran, Tiffany served in the Air Wing as an Aviation Support Equipment Asset Manager and deployed to Iraq, where she helped manage critical equipment and support mission readiness. After her military service, she continued serving others in the medical field, including several demanding years during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Tiffany brings experience in healthcare, business development, organizational leadership, and paraprofessional support. Her passion is helping people heal, grow, and rebuild strength through service, connection, and accountability.

Through Heroes Last Hope Foundation, Tiffany is dedicated to supporting veterans, first responders, families, and the next generation of strong leaders. Her leadership is rooted in compassion, resilience, and a commitment to lasting impact.
