Karalicia B. Kennedy serves as Secretary and Board Member of Heroes Last Hope Foundation, bringing leadership, discipline, and a strong commitment to service.

A United States Air Force veteran and former Staff Sergeant, Karalicia served in both surgical technology and avionics systems. Her military experience includes operating room support, sterile processing leadership, aircraft maintenance, resource management, and mentoring junior Airmen in high-pressure environments.

During her service, she supported critical medical operations, managed essential surgical supplies during the COVID-19 pandemic and helped maintain mission readiness across medical and aviation teams. She was recognized with multiple awards for leadership, technical skill, and dedication to mission success.

Now medically retired, Karalicia continues to grow her knowledge in information technology and cybersecurity while remaining committed to serving others. Through Heroes Last Hope Foundation, she brings compassion, attention to detail, and a mission-first mindset to supporting veterans, first responders, families, and future leaders.
